Check your manual — models differ. Two AEG, Electrolux and Zanussi ovens can carry different sets of symbols, and the same drawing can mean different things on different brands; only your model’s manual says exactly which elements run and how hot.
Read this first
AEG, Electrolux and Zanussi are sister brands in the Electrolux group. Every symbol below is confirmed by AEG UK’s own support article; no Electrolux- or Zanussi-branded guide has been checked yet, so on those ovens use this page as a starting point and confirm in your manual. AEG names to know: True Fan is its fan oven, Turbo Grill is the grill with the fan, and Steamify® is its steam function. AEG says to set True Fan about 20 °C lower than Conventional cooking.

Top and bottom heat (conventional)
AEG calls it “Conventional cooking (Top & Bottom heat)”.
