Check your manual — models differ. Two Gorenje ovens can carry different sets of symbols, and the same drawing can mean different things on different brands; only your model’s manual says exactly which elements run and how hot.
Read this first
Gorenje (now part of Hisense) draws its grill as a row of small triangles rather than a zigzag, and its rapid preheat as a double chevron beside heat lines. The manual checked here says to heat an empty oven for about an hour on top and bottom heat before first use, and that Rapid oven preheating is not for cooking food. It also marks the modes where you can add steam with a tray of water. Functions and equipment depend on the model, the manual says.
The 8 symbols
Top and bottom heat (conventional)
Gorenje calls it “Top and bottom heater”.

Fan oven (hot air, true fan)
Gorenje calls it “Hot air”.

Pizza (a pizza or a slice)

Full grill
Gorenje calls it “Large grill”.
