Roborock: Error 7
A drive wheel is blocked or stuck.
What the robot says: Error 7: Check that wheels are not blocked, then move the main unit to a new location and restart
Applies to: Roborock S6; Roborock Support Center article for Roborock robot vacuums. What you notice: red light, flashing or blinking; error number 7; a spoken message. This number is Roborock’s; on another maker’s robot the same number means something else.
What Roborock says to do
- Press and spin each wheel by hand to see whether it is stuck, and free it if it is.
- Move the robot somewhere new and restart it.
- If you continue to see this error, contact Roborock Customer Support.
