Roborock: Error 18
A fault with the suction fan.
What the robot says: Error 18: Fan error. Reset the main unit
Applies to: Roborock S6; Roborock Support Center article for Roborock robot vacuums. What you notice: red light, flashing or blinking; error number 18; a spoken message. This number is Roborock’s; on another maker’s robot the same number means something else.
What Roborock says to do
- Clap the side of the robot several times to shake debris out of the fan.
- Reset the robot, as the voice prompt says.
- If you continue to see this error, contact Roborock Customer Support.
