Roborock: Error 5
The main brush is tangled or blocked.
What the robot says: Error 5: Remove and clean the main brush and brush bearing
Applies to: Roborock S6; Roborock Support Center article for Roborock robot vacuums. What you notice: red light, flashing or blinking; error number 5; a spoken message. This number is Roborock’s; on another maker’s robot the same number means something else.
What Roborock says to do
- Remove the main brush and clear anything wrapped round it, including inside the two brush slots and at both ends of the brush.
- Run the robot with Carpet mode on and see whether the error comes back.
- If you continue to see this error, contact Roborock Customer Support.
