Power light blue
Your hub is working fine.
What BT says to do
- If you can’t get online, restart the hub and check your computer or device settings.

Power light green or flashing green
Your hub is starting up.
What BT says to do
- Wait a couple of minutes; the light stays blue for more than 20 seconds when the hub is ready.

Power light orange
There’s a problem somewhere.
What BT says to do
- Look at the broadband and wireless icons in the silver bar at the bottom of the hub: their colour says what the problem is.

Power light red
You’re not connected to broadband.
What BT says to do
- Press the Restart button and let go when the power light turns orange; the hub restarts and the light should glow steady blue.
- If it is still red, press the Reset button on the back with a paper clip for a few seconds.

Power light off
The hub isn’t receiving power.
What BT says to do
- Check the power switch on the back is on, the power cable is plugged in correctly at the mains, and the mains is on.

Broadband light orange
You’re connected to broadband, but your account might not be switched on yet.

- Wait until after midnight on the day BT switches your broadband on.

Broadband light red
The hub tried to log in with the wrong broadband username and password.

- Reset the hub’s password by pressing the recessed Reset button on the back with a paper clip for a few seconds.

Broadband light flashing red
There’s a problem with your broadband line.

- Check all the cables are plugged in correctly and that it is after midnight on the day your broadband is switched on.

Wireless light orange
Wireless security has been switched off for one or both wireless channels.

- Turn security back on in the wireless tab of the Hub Manager.

Wireless light flashing orange
The hub is in WPS automatic connection mode.

- Press the connect button on your computer or adapter to join without typing a key; the hub returns to normal mode after a few minutes.
