Applies to: Dyson 360 Vis Nav. What you notice: the “Wheel stuck” alert on the screen and in the app.
What Dyson says to do
- Lift the robot and check for obstructions or items tangled round the wheels.
- Clear any obstruction following the ‘Looking after your robot’ section.
- If this alert keeps happening in one area of your home, set up a restriction in the MyDyson app.
- If you can’t clear the alert, call the Dyson Helpline.
