Applies to: Dyson 360 Vis Nav. What you notice: the “Drop sensors obscured” alert on the screen and in the app.
What Dyson says to do
- Check the drop sensors for threads, dust or smears, and clean them as shown in ‘Cleaning your camera lens and sensors’.
- If you can’t clear the alert, call the Dyson Helpline.
