What Dyson says to do

  1. Lift the robot and check that there are no obstructions.
  2. Remove the brush bar following the manual’s ‘Maintaining your brush bar’ instructions.
  3. If this alert keeps happening in one area of your home, set up a restriction in the MyDyson app.
  4. If you can’t clear the alert, call the Dyson Helpline.
