What to do

Electrical safety. Tesla ties this light to the power supply, earthing or an electrical fault, or its own steps use the circuit breaker, fuse box, RCD or isolator. The steps here are only Tesla’s own, as its page states them; semiatic gives no electrical instructions of its own.

Tesla says the voltage checks for this light are for an electrician.

Not repeated here: Tesla’s manual has the supply checked for a nominal 200–240 volts and, if it persists, an electrician measure the voltages at the terminal block. Those are on Tesla’s page, linked under Source.
