Tesla Wall Connector: One red blink, repeating
Ground fault circuit interruption: an unsafe current path was detected, and charging is disabled.
Applies to: Gen 3 Wall Connector, J1772 version. What you see: red, flashing or blinking, 1 blink, then a pause.
What Tesla says to do
Electrical safety. Tesla ties this light to the power supply, earthing or an electrical fault, or its own steps use the circuit breaker, fuse box, RCD or isolator. The steps here are only Tesla’s own, as its page states them; semiatic gives no electrical instructions of its own.
Tesla says to have an electrician check the ground connection in the branch circuit.
