What to do

Electrical safety. Tesla ties this light to the power supply, earthing or an electrical fault, or its own steps use the circuit breaker, fuse box, RCD or isolator. The steps here are only Tesla’s own, as its page states them; semiatic gives no electrical instructions of its own.

Not repeated here: Tesla’s manual lists checks of the earth bonding at the wirebox terminals, the electrical panel, the junction boxes and the main panel’s ground–neutral bond. Those are wiring checks. Those are on Tesla’s page, linked under Source.
