Tesla Wall Connector: No lights at all

What Tesla says to do
Electrical safety. Tesla ties this light to the power supply, earthing or an electrical fault, or its own steps use the circuit breaker, fuse box, RCD or isolator. The steps here are only Tesla’s own, as its page states them; semiatic gives no electrical instructions of its own.
Tesla says the further checks for this light are for an electrician.
Not repeated here: If the problem persists, Tesla’s manual has an electrician take the Wall Connector off its wirebox and measure the voltage at the terminal block. Those are on Tesla’s page, linked under Source.
