Normal, on models with an illumination LED: a phone, tablet or other mobile device is connecting to the TV over the home network.
Applies to: Sony BRAVIA Google TV models covered by the 2022 Help Guide (E-180-100-15(1), US English edition), both the illumination LED models and the operational response LED models. What you see: cyan (light blue), blinking or flashing, over and over.
