Shark: Error 27, inclination error
The robot is detecting a surface that is not level.
Applies to: Shark RV2800 series. What you notice: error number 27. This number is SharkNinja’s; on another maker’s robot the same number means something else.
What SharkNinja says to do
- Put the dock on a level surface and start the clean from level ground; SharkNinja suggests adding no-go zones round sloping spots.
- Switch the robot off, turn it over and wipe the cliff sensors under the bumper with a clean, dry cloth, then put it on the base and press VACUUM.
- If the error keeps returning, contact Shark support with your model and this error code.
