Shark: Error 10, wheel drop error
Something may be caught in a drive wheel, or the robot is not on a level surface.
Applies to: Shark RV2800 series. What you notice: error number 10. This number is SharkNinja’s; on another maker’s robot the same number means something else.
What SharkNinja says to do
- Switch the robot off (off the base, hold POWER for 3 seconds) and turn it over.
- Remove anything stuck to or wrapped round the two large drive wheels; press each wheel down and let it spring back, and turn them back and forth by hand.
- Put the robot back on the base, on a level surface, and press VACUUM.
- If the error keeps returning, contact Shark support with your model and this error code.
