Philips TV: LED blinks for a while after plugging in or switching on, then stays on
Loading. After the TV is plugged back in, Philips says the LED blinks while the TV loads its software; once it stops blinking and stays on, the TV is ready to switch on. Many 2015 and 2016 Philips TVs also blink when switched on, for the same reason.
