Hisense TV light: what each colour and blink means
Hisense Roku TVs have one status light on the front panel, and the Roku TV User Guide that Hisense publishes explains it in a table: off while the TV is on, on in standby, a slow pulsing blink while the TV is busy, one dim for a remote press, and two short blinks with a pause when the network connection is lost. The guide does not name the light’s colour.
The status light is on the front panel of the TV, under the screen.
Status light off
Either the TV is on (the screen, or the screensaver, is showing), or the TV is not connected to power. The guide gives both.

Standby: the TV is connected to power and ready to use.

Slow pulsing blink, then it stops
The TV is doing something: starting up from off, receiving an update from USB, or powering down to standby. The pulsing stops when that finishes.

The TV has received your remote control command.

Network connection lost: the TV was connected and paired with a Roku account and now has no network connection.
