Roomba: Error 2
The multi-surface rubber brushes under the robot cannot spin.
What the robot says: Clear the brushes, then press Clean
Applies to: Roomba i Series. What you notice: red light, steady (solid); error number 2; a spoken message. This number is iRobot’s; on another maker’s robot the same number means something else.
What iRobot says to do
- Clear the brushes of whatever is stopping them, then press CLEAN, as the robot says.
- If the message persists, contact iRobot Customer Care with the robot charged and its serial number to hand.
