Panasonic TV: Orange LED blinking (Fire TV models)
Panasonic gives three reasons: the power cord has just been plugged in or unplugged, panel maintenance may be in progress, or the TV is connecting to a network or updating its network settings.
Applies to: Panasonic Amazon Fire TV models sold in North America (the page also lists the Z95 series microphone LED). What you see: amber or orange, blinking or flashing, over and over.

Panasonic warns: during panel maintenance, avoid touching or pressing on the screen, for example wiping it.
