What Hive says to do

1. Hive’s own steps for a lost thermostat connection (its ‘No Signal’ page): take the thermostat off the wall to the receiver, take the batteries out and put them straight back in, then hang it back up; it should show ‘Reconnecting’.
2. Hive says the receiver’s status and central heating lights should then turn green. If not, reset and pair the receiver and thermostat again.
