Hive thermostat: No status light on the receiver
The receiver has no power.

What Hive says to do
Wiring and power. Hive ties this, on at least some systems, to the wiring, the power supply or the C wire. The steps here are only Hive’s own, as its page states them; semiatic gives no wiring instructions of its own.
- Hive’s own pairing steps show the receiver is powered with the boiler or central heating: turning off the boiler’s isolation switch powers the receiver down and all its lights go out.
