What HP says to do
- HP says to turn off the computer, disconnect the power cord and cables, and let it cool down.
- HP says to move any objects away from the computer, find the air vents (usually underneath and on the sides) and use canned air to blow the dust out of them.
- HP says to wait about 10 minutes for the computer to cool down, then reconnect the power cord and turn it on.
