Nespresso Citiz, Inissia and Pixie: No light

Usually the machine has switched itself off: Auto Off turns it off after 9 minutes without use (30 if you changed the setting). If a button press does not wake it, it is getting no power.

What Nespresso says to do

  1. Press Espresso or Lungo to turn it on.
  2. If nothing lights, check the mains, the plug, the voltage and the fuse. In case of problems, call the Nespresso Club.
