Nespresso Citiz, Inissia and Pixie: Both lights blinking after you press Espresso or Lungo to turn it on

The machine is heating up. The Citiz and Inissia manuals put this at 25 seconds; the Pixie manual gives no time. When both lights stay on, it is ready.

What Nespresso says to do

  1. Wait for the lights to stop blinking.
  2. You do not have to wait: press Espresso or Lungo while the lights blink, and the coffee flows by itself as soon as the machine is hot.
