Keurig K-Elite: Green power light on, brewer heating (no brew buttons lit yet)
The brewer is on and heating its water. The first heat after switching on takes about 3 minutes; when the heating sound stops it is ready. Between cups it takes about a minute to reheat.

What Keurig says to do
- Wait for the heating sound to stop, or use Smart Start: insert a pod, lower the handle and choose a size — the brewer heats, then brews by itself.
