Nespresso Essenza Plus and CitiZ Platinum: No light
The machine turns itself off after 9 minutes without use; any button turns it back on. If no button does, it is getting no power.

What Nespresso says to do
- Press any button to turn it on; it heats for about 30 seconds.
- If nothing lights, check the power outlet, the plug, the voltage and the fuse. In case of problems, call Nespresso.
If that does not fix it: Call Nespresso (the manual’s wording).
