De’Longhi Magnifica S: Steam light flashing
You must turn the steam/hot water dial. It also flashes during descaling each time the dial has to be turned.

- Turn the hot water/steam dial, as the step you are on asks: to the I position to let hot water or steam out, back to 0 to stop it.
