Keurig K-Duo: CARAFE button lit red
The carafe heating plate is on. It comes on by itself when a carafe brew finishes and stays on for 2 hours (Carafe Auto Off).

What Keurig says to do
- To switch the plate off, press and hold CARAFE until the red light goes out, or press POWER.
- If you switched it off by mistake, press and hold CARAFE until the red light comes back.
