Keurig K-Duo: Add Water light on
The brewer wants water: the reservoir is low or empty, or it is not sitting properly on its base, and it will not brew until that is fixed. During descaling the same light is your signal that the descaling solution has all run through.

What Keurig says to do
- Fill the reservoir to the MAX fill line — not beyond — and make sure it is seated properly in its base.
- If the Add Water light stays on after refilling, contact Keurig Customer Service.
