Nespresso Vertuo Plus: Steady orange light
The machine is entering its Special Functions menu — the route into cleaning, descaling, emptying the system and factory reset. It is not a fault.

What Nespresso says to do
- If you meant to start one of those functions, carry on with the steps for it in the manual (for descaling: eject the capsule, empty the capsule container and drip tray, fill the tank with water and Nespresso descaling agent, place a container, then push the lever down and press the button at the same time).
