tado thermostat: E10: wiring does not match the setup
The wiring on tado° does not match the way it is set up to control your heating. While the error shows, tado° cannot control your heating.

What tado says to do
Wiring and power. tado ties this, on at least some systems, to the wiring, the power supply or the C wire. The steps here are only tado’s own, as its page states them; semiatic gives no wiring instructions of its own. tado’s own line on calling a professional is step 1 below.
- tado says that if an installer fitted it, or it was fitted without the online installation assistant, the installer manual is the reference for setting the devices up correctly.
- tado says that if you used the online installation assistant, make sure every step was completed and the device is wired as the assistant showed.
- tado says that if installation is complete and the error does not clear after a while, restart the device by holding its button for 10 seconds, and contact tado° if that does not solve it.
