Applies to: tado° Smart Thermostat and Wireless Temperature Sensor. What you see: a code.

What tado says to do

Try pairing again with the device 3 to 8 metres from the Internet Bridge.
Make sure pairing mode is on at the Internet Bridge (its pairing LED blinks), then press the button on the thermostat or sensor for 3 seconds. When pairing works, the two chain links stay joined.
If it still fails after a few attempts, reset the pairing of the device.
