Virgin Media’s help page describes what each light on the Hub 3 and the Super Hub 2 and 2ac should normally do. The colour-by-colour meanings for the Hub 4 and Hub 5 were not in the page it served (see below), so only these two older hubs are here.

- Virgin Media Hub 5 and Hub 4 — Virgin Media’s colour pages list the Hub 5 and Hub 4 colours (solid, flashing and dimmed white; solid and flashing red, green and blue) as pictures, but the meaning of each is not in the page it served.
