What eufy says to do

1. Take out the rolling brush and side brushes and clean them, especially both ends of the rolling brush and the connectors on the robot.
2. Charge for 6 hours or more until the light is solid blue.
3. Remove the brush guard and rolling brush and run the robot on a hard floor without them, to see whether the error persists.
4. If that does not help, email eufy with photos of both ends of the rolling brush and the two connectors on the robot.
