What Apple says to do

1. Unplug the speaker from power, wait 15 seconds, then plug it back in.
2. If the white flashing light continues, reset your HomePod speaker.
3. If it continues after a reset, you might need service.

The same colour on other speakers

Another maker’s speaker can use this colour for something else entirely.

• Echo: White — When you change the volume, white lights show the volume level.
• Nest: White lights slowly pulse — Your speaker is ready to set up.
