Where the regulations differ

The code means the same on every label: a link to one model’s EPREL entry. What you find there differs by product group — for a phone it includes the six scores behind the repairability class; for a washing machine it includes the figures for the half and quarter loads behind the weighted numbers. The EU also warns that a sticker with a fake QR code can be stuck over a real label; the real link opens on an ec.europa.eu address.
