Condensation efficiency class (condenser dryers)
How much of the water taken out of the laundry the dryer catches in its tank or drain, rather than letting it escape into the room as humid air. A catches at least 94 %.

- Weighted condensation efficiency Ct: moisture condensed by the dryer divided by moisture removed from the load.

- eco programme at full and half load. Only condenser dryers print it; air-vented dryers blow the moisture out through a hose.

- A: Ct ≥ 94 % · B: 88–93 % · C: 82–87 % · D: < 82 %
