Beko, Grundig and Blomberg dishwasher symbols
14 lights, programmes and buttons that Beko shows in its own manual or support pages, each in our own drawing, with the maker’s own name for it next to ours. Tap a symbol for what it does, what to do, where makes differ and every source.
Check your manual — models differ. Two Beko, Grundig and Blomberg dishwashers can carry different programmes, options and lights, and the same drawing can mean different things on different brands; only your model’s manual says exactly what a light or button does on your machine.
Read this first
Beko, Grundig and Blomberg are all Arçelik brands; the sources here are two Beko manuals, a current one (BDEN38640FG / BDEN38530FX) and an older GB booklet. Beko shows a water problem as a code rather than a tap: E:02 flashes when the water supply is cut or the tap is turned off. With the water hardness set to r1 the salt light never comes on, even with an empty container. Beko’s newer machines open the door by themselves at the end (SelfDry) and can shine a light on the floor while running. No Grundig- or Blomberg-branded dishwasher manual has been checked yet, so on those machines confirm the names in your manual.

Maker’s name: Salt warning indicator light

Maker’s name: Water cut-off warning (E:02)
