Nest thermostat: W1: can’t stay connected to Wi-Fi
The thermostat can’t stay connected to your Wi-Fi network. Google says your router may not fully support a Wi-Fi standard known as power saving mode.

What Google says to do
- Google points to its list of Wi-Fi routers that are incompatible with Nest products.
The maker puts this down to Wi-Fi or the network. If the problem is the router itself, its own lights are explained on the router and broadband hub lights page.
