1. Status white (solid)

   The hub is online.

2. Status red (solid)

   The hub is either overheating or has a hardware issue.

   What AT&T says to do

   1. Make sure it is on a flat surface with open space around it, then restart it.

3. Status red (blinking slow)

   There’s an issue with your network.

   What AT&T says to do

   1. Check your cables.
   2. Then press and hold the reset button for ten seconds.
