What ChargePoint says to do

Electrical safety. ChargePoint ties this light to the power supply, earthing or an electrical fault, or its own steps use the circuit breaker, fuse box, RCD or isolator. The steps here are only ChargePoint’s own, as its page states them; semiatic gives no electrical instructions of its own.

  1. ChargePoint says: try these steps in order, stopping as soon as the fault is resolved. First, unplug and plug in your connector.
  2. ChargePoint says: next, go to Home Charging in the app, pick Settings, then Restore to Factory Default.
  3. ChargePoint says: next, flip the circuit breaker for your charger.
  4. ChargePoint says: if red remains, contact Support.
