What Philips says to do

  1. Switch the machine off completely.
  2. Remove the water tank and open the service door.
  3. Take out the brew group, rinse it under the tap and put it back until it clicks into position.
  4. Close the service door, put the water tank back and switch the machine on.
  5. Dry coffee powder in the grounds container means the brew group was overfilled with pre-ground coffee: use one level spoon of pre-ground coffee.
