Auxiliary heat has been temporarily disabled to save on energy costs. The compressor-to-aux runtime or temperature thresholds were reached, but the outside temperature is above the Aux Heat Max Outdoor Temperature setting.

What ecobee says to do
- On the thermostat, select the flame icon, then Learn More.
- Choose Override For 2 Hours to ignore the outdoor limit and use aux heat for two hours, or Modify to change the Aux Heat Maximum Outdoor Temperature threshold.
