Moon with Zz on a Garmin watch: what does it mean?
On a Garmin it is the Sleep Mode control.
What Garmin says
- Garmin — Sleep Mode. In the controls menu (hold LIGHT), selecting it turns Sleep Mode on or off. Garmin lets you customise what Sleep Mode does in the settings.
