Sony WF-1000XM5 case: No light
Less than 1% charge (the buds if they are in the case, the case if both buds are out) when it stays off as you open or close the lid. It also goes out when charging is complete.
Applies to: WF-1000XM5. What you see: no light, off. What it reports on: the earbuds or the case.
What Sony says to do
- If it does not come on when you take both buds out, the case battery is empty: charge the case.
