What Jabra says to do

1. Put the earbuds in the case and close the lid; a full charge takes up to 3 hours. Ten minutes in the case gives up to 60 minutes of play, if the case has at least 30% battery.

On the case LED when you open the lid: the case battery is critically low and the earbuds are not charging. On the case LED while plugged in or on a wireless charging pad: the case is charging and its battery is low. On the earbud LEDs: the earbuds are powering off.

1. On a wireless pad, place the case in the centre of the pad. It takes up to 3 hours to fully charge the case and earbuds.

What Jabra says to do

1. To start pairing, press and hold both the left and right buttons for 3 seconds until the earbud LED flashes blue, then pick Jabra Elite 5 in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

Resetting or updating firmware. After a reset (both buttons held 10 seconds with the earbuds in the case), the earbuds are reset once the pink flashing stops.
