High Altitude Brewing Mode has been turned on — the setting Keurig gives for use at 1,500 m (5,000 ft) and above.

What Keurig says to do
- At altitude, Keurig also asks you to puncture the pod by hand first: with the handle up, push the pod down slowly until the exit needle pierces its bottom.
- To turn the mode off: power off with the plug in, then hold Strong and Small Mug until the lights go out.
