Body movement symbol
You, or your arm, moved or tensed during the measurement, so the cuff picked up pressure changes that did not come from your pulse.

What it is for
Measure again sitting still, arm resting, without talking. Omron: “If it appears, remove the arm cuff and wait for 2 to 3 minutes. Then, reapply the cuff, remain still and take another measurement.” Microlife: “Repeat the measurement, keeping your arm still.”

Where makes differ
Omron shows the movement mark next to a finished reading. Microlife stops and shows «Err 2», signals “caused for instance by movement or muscle tension”. Withings’ BPM Connect has no symbol for it and writes ERROR 202: “Talk or movement has been detected during the measurement.”
What it does not mean
It does not say anything about your blood pressure or your heart; it is about how the measurement was taken. Omron notes that movement can also make the irregular-heartbeat symbol appear, so a movement mark and a heart mark together point to measuring again first.
