TEX 60
The pack is a cotton textile, such as a bag or pouch. TEX 60 is cotton and TEX 61 is jute: both share the letters TEX, so the number tells them apart.

Which bin, usually
Usually a textile bank, a charity shop or a clothes collection, not the paper or plastic bin. The EU's waste directive required member states to set up separate collection of textiles by 1 January 2025 (Directive 2008/98/EC, Article 11).
Whether this goes in your recycling depends on your local collection; check your council or municipality's sorting guide.

Cotton tote and gift bags, drawstring pouches for shoes, bags and jewellery, and cotton wraps.
What it does not mean
TEX 60 is not a laundry care label and does not say the cotton is organic or recycled.
TEX names the fibre of a textile pack (a bag or pouch). It says nothing about the garment or product inside, and it is not a care label.
